Star Inn Hotel Premium Graz

When we arrive we get a group of noisy people nearby our room. Staff was very prompt to change our room, and them everything was ok. The hotel have a quiet location and it´s nearby a garden.The location is not excelent. its near by the center town, but only if you have a car.

I didn t have time to analize anything because all i needed in this trip was a place to stay overnight. And for this everything was O.K.

It s not the case.

The room was spacious and the bed very confortable. The staff was very kind and spoke a very good English. Free wifi. The quality and variety of food for breakfast was very good. A garage is available for guests. The city center is 20-30 minutes away (if you walk fast) and the Stadthalle is about 10-15 minutes walk.

The location is not very scenic (but fine for a business meeting). The wireless network was not very reliable.

The rooms were big and pleasant, the breakfast were excellent.

The way they invoice is different from the way they quote.

Expensive brekfast, no coffee facilities in the room. Location: A little bit far from centre to walk, but good public transportation; near to a cemetery and just a few rooms without cemetery view (when you make the reservetion, specify that you want no cemetery view).

15min walk to city-center; possibility to park car for free just around the corner (no charges in surrounding short-term parking zone and plenty of free parking lots during the weekend)

Comfortable hotel with clean and quiet room, very good restaurant.

It's within short walking distance of the old city, and has a convenient grocery store attached (Billa). The Wifi Internet in the hotel is now free, and it is reasonably fast, once you manage a connection.

The air conditioning is not very good, and doesn't really cool the rooms effectively, even on full -blast. We had also on 2 seperate occasions at this hotel (in 2 different rooms) problems with the shower, where the holder for the showerhead was broken, so it was not possible to stand and use...

we stayed in Graz as a stopover while driving to Italy. The price and its location were just fine. Friendly staff.

Reception staff were very helpful, as was the female waiter at the bar, did not use the restaurant as it seemed a little expensive. Supermarket right next door, open until 7pm Mon-Sat. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby but easy walk into town. Plenty space in the room for pushups.
